Business Models and Strategies

Business models, being part of business strategy, provide a strong basis for an organization's operations on how it produces, and delivers true value. There are many business models where an organization can follow and plan. So, I decided to view first a very simple business model (Figure 1.1) where all environments I can think of and that possibly affect an Internet business are present. This is to have a simple idea on what other complex business models can look like. The second business model (Figure 1.2) will be in the gaming field. Since online gaming is one of the demands right now especially to younger adults and kids, I decided to view one model representing this business.
